      Strategi Pengembangan Usaha Restoran Bull Wings Factory Bogor, Jawa Barat

      Abstract
      Bull Wings Factory Restaurant is one of the foreign restaurant that serving continental cuisine by providing unique products, namely chicken wings with combination 12 variety of sauces. As the development of its business, Bull Wings Factory Restaurant get several obstacles that sales receipts fluctuated and increasing competition. In overcoming these obstacles necessary to do a research aimed to reviewing external and internal factors, formulate an appropriate alternative strategies, as well as recommending the best alternative priority strategies to be applied. The research used IFE and EFE matrix to identify external and internal factors, the SWOT and IE matrix to formulate an appropriate alternative strategies, QSPM matrix to recommend the best alternative priority strategies. Based on the results of this research showed that the most appropriate strategy to be applied is promotion by optimizing existing technology in order to remain in market competition
       
      Restoran Bull Wings Factory merupakan salah satu restoran asing yang menyajikan masakan kontinental dengan menyediakan produk yang unik, yaitu sayap ayam dengan kombinasi 12 macam saus. Seiring perkembangan usahanya, Restoran Bull Wings Factory menghadapi beberapa kendala yaitu penerimaan penjualan yang berfluktuatif dan persaingan yang semakin tinggi. Untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut perlu dilakukan penelitian yang bertujuan mengkaji faktor-faktor external dan internal, merumuskan strategi alternatif yang tepat, serta merekomendasikan alternatif strategi prioritas terbaik untuk diterapkan. Penelitian ini menggunakan matriks IFE dan EFE untuk identifikasi faktor eksternal dan internal, matriks SWOT dan IE untuk merumuskan strategi alternatif yang tepat, matriks QSPM untuk merekomendasikan strategi alternatif prioritas terbaik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa strategi paling tepat untuk diterapkan adalah promosi dengan mengoptimalkan teknologi yang ada agar restoran tersebut tetap betahan di pasar persaingan.
