      Analisis Persepsi dan Kepuasan Anggota terhadap Pelayanan Koperasi Pedagang Pasar (KOPPAS) Pasar Parung Kabupaten Bogor

      Abstract
      Traders and Entrepreneurs Cooperative (KOPPAS) Parung is one institution in the market, that in fact it is a sub-system of agribusiness. The purpose of this study were: 1) to identified KOPPAS Parung variability in service to members, 2) analyze the perceptions of members who formed the ministry and presence of KOPPAS Parung and the level of member satisfaction about performance of services provided by KOPPAS Parung, and 3) setting policy solutions that should be implemented in order to increase KOPPAS services to members. Based on the deployment of the 30 questionnaire respondents were selected by Simple Random Sampling further analyzed perceptions of the performance of members of the KOPPAS using Important Performance Analysis (IPA), shows that most of the attributes being tested has been able to meet the expectations of members, in addition there are the attributes that need to be improved performance. Overall based on the value of Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI), consumers are satisfied with the performance of KOPPAS Parung.
       
      Koperasi Pedagang (KOPPAS) Parung merupakan salah satu kelembagaan di dalam pasar, yang notabene-nya merupakan sub-sistem agribisnis. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah: 1) mengidentifikasi keragaan KOPPAS Parung dalam pelayanan terhadap anggota, 2) menganalisis persepsi anggota yang terbentuk terhadap pelayanan KOPPAS dan tingkat kepuasan anggota dari kinerja pelayanan yang diberikan oleh KOPPAS Parung, dan 3) menetapkan solusi kebijakan yang harus diterapkan KOPPAS dalam rangka peningkatan pelayanan terhadap anggota. Berdasarkan hasil penyebaran kuesioner terhadap 30 responden yang dipilih secara simple random sampling yang selanjutnya dianalisis persepsi kinerja anggota terhadap KOPPAS menggunakan Important Performance Analysis (IPA), menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar atribut yang diujikan telah mampu memenuhi harapan anggota, disamping masih terdapat atribut yang perlu diperbaiki kinerjanya. Secara keseluruhan berdasarkan nilai Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) konsumen sudah merasa puas dengan kinerja KOPPAS Parung.
