      Formulasi Strategi Pemasaran Kawasan Agrowisata Aldepos di Kecamatan Tenjolaya, Kabupaten Bogor, Jawa Barat

      Abstract
      Aldepos is a company producing agricultural products guava jamaica which evolved into the agrotourism, with the concept of rural culture. However Aldepos have difficulties in maintaining and increasing the number of visitors. The purpose of this study is to identify the internal and external environmental conditions the company, knowing the position of the company, determine the alternative marketing strategies, and determine the priorities of the strategy. The methods used in this study is IE (internal-external), SWOT (strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-treaths), and QSPM matrix. Results of IE matrix showed that the Aldepos located on quadrant V, in stages to keep and retain (hold and maintain) with market penetration strategies and product development. Results of SWOT matrix analysis identified there are seven alternative marketing strategies that can be applied by the company. While the results of QSPM matrix analysis showed strategy with the highest priority is the strategy “Seeking cooperation deals with television stations and print media and continuously promoting tourism Aldepos so the number of visitors can be increased”.
       
      Aldepos merupakan perusahaan penghasil produk pertanian jambu jamaica yang berkembang menjadi agrowisata dengan konsep kebudayaan pedesaan. Namun Aldepos memiliki kesulitan dalam mempertahankan dan meningkatkan jumlah pengunjung. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi kondisi lingkungan internal dan eksternal perusahaan, mengetahui posisi perusahaan, menentukan alternatif strategi pemasaran, dan menentukan prioritas strategi. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah matriks IE (internaleksternal), SWOT (strengths-weaknesses-opportunities-treaths), serta matriks QSPM. Hasil analisis matriks IE menunjukkan bahwa perusahaan Aldepos berada pada kuadran V yaitu pada tahapan menjaga dan mempertahankan (hold and maintain) dengan strategi penetrasi pasar dan pengembangan produk. Hasil analisis matriks SWOT mengidentifikasi terdapat tujuh alternatif strategi pemasaran yang dapat diterapkan oleh perusahaan. Sementara hasil analisis matriks QSPM menunjukkan strategi dengan prioritas tertinggi adalah strategi “Mengupayakan penawaran kerjasama dengan stasiun televisi dan media cetak secara kontinu mempromosikan wisata Aldepos sehingga jumlah pengunjung dapat ditingkatkan”.
