      Analisis Kepuasan Konsumen Restoran Bull Wings Factory Bogor, Jawa Barat

      Abstract
      Bull Wings Factory was a Texas-Mexico themed restaurant, which have main menu consisted of chicken wings and 12 main sauce. The aim of this researchers is to find out how the public response to the development of the international themed restaurants, researchers conducted research on consumer satisfaction toward Bull Wings Factory. The method used in this study is a descriptive analysis, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Based on the research conducted it can be known that the majority of consumers who visit the Bull Wings Factory were women, aged 17-23 years, educated as a bachelor, worked as a student with an income between Rp1 000 000-Rp1 999 999. Based on the CSI test, customer satisfaction levels at Bull Wings Factory was 73.91 percent.
       
      Bull Wings Factory merupakan restoran yang bertema Texas-Meksiko, dengan menu utama chicken wings dan 12 saus utama. Untuk mengetahui bagaimana respon masyarakat terhadap perkembangan restoran yang mengangkat tema internasional, peneliti mengadakan riset mengenai tingkat kepuasan konsumen Restoran Bull Wings Factory. Metode yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif, Importance Performance Analysis (IPA), dan Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI). Berdasarkan riset yang dilakukan diketahui bahwa mayoritas konsumen yang berkunjung ke Bull Wings Factory adalah perempuan, usia 17-23 tahun, berpendidikan S1, bekerja sebagai mahasiswa dengan uang saku Rp1 000 000-Rp1 999 999. Berdasarkan uji CSI, tingkat kepuasan konsumen yang mengunjungi Restoran Bull Wings Factory sebesar 73.91 persen.
