      Pendapatan Usahatani Jagung Manis di Desa Gunung Malang Kecamatan Tenjolaya Kabupaten Bogor

      Abstract
      Corn is one of the staple food that are consumed by the majority of the population beside rice. One type of corn that is consumed by many people is sweet corn. Sweet corn was consumed by many people because it has a sweeter taste than the regular corn. Gunung Malang village is one of the largest producers of sweet corn in Tenjolaya district, Bogor regency. The objectives of this research are to analyze the farming techniques and the use of sweet corn production inputs in the village of Gunung Malang, to analyze the income and the ratio between revenue and cost from sweet corn farm in the village of Gunung Malang, and to analyze the return to production factors of sweet corn farm in the village of Gunung Malang. The income value based on cash costs per hectare per cropping season for sweet corn farming is Rp2 922 178.06, while the income value based on total costs per hectare per cropping season is Rp93 546.51. The sweet corn farm are feasible to be developed based on the value of R/C over cash cost and total cost. The value of R/C based on cash cost is 1.41, while the value of R/C based on the total cost is 1.01.
       
      Jagung merupakan salah satu tanaman pangan pokok yang dikonsumsi oleh sebagian besar penduduk selain beras. Salah satu jenis jagung yang banyak dikonsumsi adalah jagung manis. Jagung manis banyak dikonsumsi karena memiliki rasa yang lebih manis dibandingkan dengan jagung biasa. Desa Gunung Malang merupakan salah satu daerah penghasil jagung manis terbesar di Kecamatan Tenjolaya, Kabupaten Bogor. Tujuan yang ingin dicapai dari penelitian ini yaitu mengkaji keragaan usahatani dan penggunaan input produksi jagung manis di Desa Gunung Malang, menganalisis pendapatan usahatani dan rasio antara penerimaan dan biaya dari usahatani jagung manis di Desa Gunung Malang, dan menganalisis balas jasa terhadap faktor-faktor produksi pada usahatani jagung manis di Desa Gunung Malang. Pendapatan atas biaya tunai per hektar per musim tanam untuk usahatani jagung manis yaitu Rp2 922 178.06, sedangkan pendapatan atas biaya total per hektar per musim tanam sebesar Rp93 546.51. Berdasarkan nilai R/C atas biaya tunai dan biaya total, dapat disimpulkan bahwa usahatani jagung manis layak untuk diusahakan. Nilai R/C atas biaya tunai sebesar 1.41 sedangkan nilai R/C atas biaya total sebesar 1.01.
