Dampak Investasi Terhadap Penyerapan Tenaga Kerja Sektor Industri Tekstil dan Produk Tekstil (TPT) Indonesia

Abstract

Textiles and Textile Products is one of the commodity in manufacturing industry to labor absorbtion. However the age of machine became one of the main issues in the textile and textile products in Indonesia. A bit awkward re-arrange invesment in the textile and textile products are expected labor absorption textile and textile products in Indonesia. The method used for analytical is Input-Output Analysis. A bit awkward re-arrange the sentence 23 926 billion rupiah all of subsectors of textile and textile products, the result obtained show that the sub-sector clothing (garment) industry have a major impact on employment

Industri Tekstil dan Produk Tekstil (TPT) merupakan salah satu komoditi andalan industri manufaktur dalam penyerapan tenaga kerja. Namun tuanya umur mesin menjadi salah satu isu utama dalam industri TPT di Indonesia. Melalui investasi pada industri TPT diharapkan mampu memberikan arah bagi penyerapan tenaga kerja di industri TPT Indonesia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Analisis Input-Output (I-O). Melalui investasi sebesar Rp23 926 miliar di seluruh subsektor industri TPT, hasil yang diperoleh menunjukan bahwa subsektor industri pakaian jadi (garment) berdampak besar terhadap penyerapan tenaga kerja.
