Pendapatan Usahatani Padi Hibrida dan Padi Inbrida di Kabupaten Bogor Provinsi Jawa Barat

Abstract

Commodity which became a staple food of Indonesian people is rice. Conditions of high demand for rice became an important base for rice farming in Indonesia to increase national rice production and productivity through extension and intensification agricultural programs. Increased productivity through intensification of agriculture one of which is realized through the hybrid rice. The purpose of this study are to describe the variability of rice farming, analyze farm income and the ratio between revenue and cost of hybrid and inbred rice farming in Bogor regency. Income based on cash costs per hectare per season on hybrid rice farming is Rp8 265 583.88 while the inbred rice farming is Rp8 875 299.84. Income based on total costs per hectare per season in inbred rice farming is Rp2 660 588.06 while the hybrid rice farming income based on total cost is negative which means hybrid rice farmers suffered a loss of Rp235 003.43. Value of R/C ratio based on cash cost on hybrid rice farming that is equal to 2.15, while the inbred rice farming is 2.40. Value of R/C ratio based on total cost of the hybrid rice farming that is equal to 0.99, while the inbred rice farming is 1.21.

Komoditas yang menjadi pangan pokok masyarakat Indonesia adalah beras. Kondisi kebutuhan yang tinggi terhadap beras menjadi dasar penting bagi pertanian padi di Indonesia untuk meningkatkan produksi dan produktivitas padi nasional melalui program ekstensifikasi maupun intensifikasi pertanian. Peningkatan produktivitas melalui intensifikasi pertanian salah satunya diwujudkan melalui penanaman padi hibrida. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu mendeskripsikan keragaan usahatani, menganalisis pendapatan usahatani serta imbangan penerimaan dan biaya (R/C rasio) pada usahatani padi hibrida dan padi inbrida di Kabupaten Bogor. Pendapatan atas biaya tunai per hektar per musim pada usahatani padi hibrida yaitu sebesar Rp8 265 583.88 sedangkan pada usahatani padi inbrida sebesar Rp8 875299.84. Pendapatan atas biaya total per hektar per musim pada usahatani padi inbrida yaitu sebesar Rp2 660 588.06 sedangkan pada usahatani padi hibrida pendapatan atas biaya total bernilai negatif yang berarti petani padi hibrida mengalami kerugian sebesar Rp235 003.43. Nilai R/C rasio atas biaya tunai pada usahatani padi hibrida yaitu sebesar 2.15 sedangkan pada usahatani padi inbrida sebesar 2.40. Nilai R/C rasio atas biaya total pada usahatani padi hibrida yaitu sebesar 0.99, sementara pada usahatani padi inbrida yaitu senilai 1.21.
