Uji daya hasil pendahuluan galur-galur dihaploid padi (Oryza sativa) sawah berumur genjah

Abstract

An experiment was conducted in Kebun Percobaan Muara, Balai Besar Penelitian Tanaman Padi, Bogor. The objective of the research was to evaluate yield components and yield of doubled haploid lines obtained from anther culture and two cultivars as control, i.e. Inpari 13 and Inpari 19. The experiment was arranged in a completely randomized block design with three replications. The variable observed were height at vegetative stage, height at generative stage, natural height bended panicle, number of tiller, number of productive tiller, diameter of stem, internode length, ratio of height and stem diameter, time of heading, time of ripening, length of panicle, number of filled grain, number of empty grain, number of total spikelet on panicle, the percentage of filled grain, the percentage of empty grain, seed index, and grain yield. All variables were statistically significant. The lines C41(4.77 ton/ha), C42 (4.43 ton/ha), C49 (4.91 ton/ha) gave productivity equals to two cultivars as control, i.e. Inpari 13 (5.17 ton/ha) dan Inpari 19 (5.07 ton/ha).
