Analisis Dampak Penataan dan Faktor-Faktor yang Memengaruhi Omset Pedagang Kakilima di Kota Bogor (Periode Tahun 2012- 2013)

Abstract

The street treaders as informal sector often become the city’s problem that never end because of the advantages and disadvantages. The existence of the street treaders often gives the negative effects, such as lack of beauty, the cleanliness and the estique of the location, distrubing the traffic and pedestrians and also distrubing the function of the city’s facilities. Besides, the street treaders also save of the public economy, give the people jobs, support the economy of the country and as the source of retribution. The right arrangement of the street treaders can be a solution to decrease the negative effects and support the positive effects. This reseach was done to know the effect of the arrangement of street treaders and the factors that influence the treader’s earning. The paired t-tes showed that the average of their earning before and after arrangement is not so different. Based on multiple linear regression analysis test, the factors which influence the earning significantly are age, the working period, the operational hour and the number of buyers.

Pedagang kakilima sebagai sektor informal sering menjadi permasalahan perkotaan yang tidak ada habisnya karena kelebihan dan kekurangan yang dimilikinya. Keberadaan Pedagang kakilima seringkali memberikan dampak yang negatif seperti mengurangi keindahan, kebesihan dan estetika suatu lokasi, mengganggu kelancaran arus lalu lintas dan arus pejalan kaki serta mengganggu fungsi prasarana kawasan perkotaan. Disamping sebagai pembawa masalah, sebenarnya ada sisi lain Pedagang kakilima yaitu sebagai penyelamat ekonomi rakyat, menyerap tenaga kerja, mendorong bergeraknya perekonomian daerah dan sumber retribusi. Penataan Pedagang kakilima dilakukan sebagai solusi untuk menekan dampak negatif dan mendorong dampak positif. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat dampak penataan pedagang kakilima dan faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi omset pedagang. Uji-t berpasangan menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata omset sebelum penataan pedagang kakilima dengan setelahnya tidak jauh berbeda. Berdasarkan uji regresi linear berganda, faktor yang berpengaruh secara signifikan terhadap omset adalah usia, lama usaha, jam operasional dan jumlah pembeli.
