Persepsi, pengetahuan, dan perilaku menonton film layar lebar pada siswa SMA Negeri 3 Kota Bogor
Abstract
The rapid development of movie industries over the past years makes producers compete in making more movies. Facts shows that Indonesian movie produces only think of profits alone, without regarding to the benefits and impact of a movie. This study aims to analyze the perceptions, knowledge, and behaviors on SMA 3 Bogor high school students towards watching movies.Respondents are SMA 3 Bogor students who had watched a movie in the past year.The study involved 100 students were selected conveniently. Data is collected through interviews using questionnaires. The data obtained were analyzed using descriptive and inference statistics. Results showed that students had a perception less amenable towards the movies with the level of knowledge in the middle category. In the meantime, the watching behavior of students are in the low category. Pearson correlation test results shows that the amount of students pocket money alone have a significant relationship towards the behavior of watching a movie.
