Analisis strategi pemasaran UKM Elsari Brownies and Bakery di Kota Bogor, Jawa Barat
Abstract
Issue of Equation gender trigger the woman to work out of home like man. As a result woman only has a few time to do homework like cooking. Therefore, practical food that has high nutrition was needed. Brownies is a practical food and also has high nutrition so that can be consumed in a breakfast and also in a pleasure time. One of company that produce brownies in Bogor is Elsari Brownies and Bakery. This company produce brownies since 2003. Total of Elsar Brownies and Bakery sale always increase every year till 2009. In that year Elsari could reach highest sale. After that moment, Elsari Brownies and Bakery never reach high sale target like before. Thus need marketing analysis of degradation sale of Elsari Brownies and Bakery. Analytical Hierarchy Process is a best analysis method to choose priority of some alternative.
