Tasikmalaya Regency is a strategic area, are among the popular tourist destinations and frequently visited by domestic and foreign tourist, such as Pangandaran, Garut and Bandung. It is an opportunity for development the natural tourism attraction of Tasikmalaya Regency. The research was carried out in the strategic area of tourism Tasikmalaya Regency during August until September 2012. The tools and materials used, such as stationery, digital cameras, GPS, ArcGis 9.3, Microsoft Office 2007, questionnaire, interview guidelines and analysis of the operating guidelines and objects of natural tourist attraction (ADO-ODTWA) General Directorate of PHKA 2003. The development of tourism based on the assessment ADO-ODTWA, analysis of the visitors wishes and expectations; the readiness to receive visits and thecommunity wishes and expectations; stakeholeder analysis and the strategic plan of natural tourism management. Based on the result of ADO-ODTWA assesment, the depelopment criteria of Galunggung (3325) and Karaha Bodas (2963) are very potential. Sindangkerta Beach (2885), Pamayangsari Beach (1777), Karangtawulan (2750) and Cipatujah Beach (2740) are potential. The visitors wishes and expectations are the repair, maintenance, and the provision of supporting facilities, accessibility, variety of activities, management of services, and management of visitors. The community less welcomed with the tourist visits and the tourism development especially Karah Bodas community (disagree). Wishes and expectations of the community such as increasing well-being, getting the socialization about tourism periodically to change community perception who are not ready, becoming open minded to receive visits. Demonstrated in the implementation of tourist destination, the depelopment organize the consept of religion tourism, appropriate to attitude and culture of the community. The development plan for tourism management are the development of potential tourism, human resources, along protection and resources coservation. The development of natural tourism, such as: (1) the development of a natural tourist attraction destinations by keeping the authenticity and sustainability areas, restrictions on the utilization block appropriate of envinronment resources support, making the evacuation and relocation of areas prone to natural disasters; (2) the development of activities and natural attractions differentiated based on the potencial natural tourism attraction that owned by each objects; (3) the development of facilities are development of interpretation feature and tourism map, information center, homestay, and strengthening of building and infrastructure; (4) accessibility of infrastructure development, a means of transportation, signpost direction, and the promote and information about tourism; (5) the development of human resources should be increases among others, in form of training to improve the ability of service, to be a good host, presenting various form of tourist attraction, foods, and souvenir, and natural disaster response; (6) the development of tourism through a good tourism management, prepared from the regoinal level combine with each tourism location, and build a partnership; (7) the development of tourism marketing and promotion trough electronic media (intenet, website, radio and TV) and print media (leaflet, booklet,and tourism map) periodically held a renewal according to developed by tour packages, and follow and create events that introduce attractions of nature tourism and local culture.
