Modifikasi Funnel Bubu Lipat terhadap Tangkapan Lobster di Perairan Pamipiran, Teluk Palabuhanratu

Abstract

Traditional utilization of Lobster (Panulirus sp.), as well as its management which is not optimum yet in Pamipiran, has given a chance of optimum catch by the use of effective and efficient equipment which is eco-friendly especially for the habitat of lobsters. The fishing equipments with low-risk of damage on the catch, and that can keep the lobsters alive and stabilize the stress level is bubu lipat (collapsible pot). This research is necessary in verifying the type of the funnel for fishing lobsters of proper size in Perairan Pamipiran. The catch of lobster carried out for the research are those of Panulirus homarus,Panulirus penicillatus,and Panulirus versicolor. The amount the catch per funnel shows that the enhanced funnel results in the most catch which is 40,16% and 54,51%. The results obtained from Kruskall-Wallis and Duncan tests show that the widened type results better lobsters in terms of weight, length, and proper size than the controlled and ellipse-shaped funnel bubu lipat. Modified construction of widened funnel bubu lipat possesses; 64 cm long, 47 cm wide, 34 cm tall. The specification of the funnel is 32 cm wide, 5 cm tall, 50 ° slope net.

Pemanfaatan Lobster (Panulirus sp.) secara tradisional dan pengusahaannya yang belum optimal di Pamipiran, memberikan peluang optimalisasi penangkapan dengan menggunakan alat tangkap efektif dan efisien, serta tetap memperhatikan kelestarian habitat alami lobster. Alat tangkap yang mempunyai resiko kerusakan hasil tangkapan kecil, menjamin lobster tetap hidup, dan dapat menjaga kestabilan stres yang rendah pada lobster akibat penangkapan adalah bubu lipat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji tipe konstruksi funnel yang diteliti untuk menangkap lobster dengan ukuran length maturity layak tangkap di Perairan Pamipiran dan menganalisis hasil tangkapannya. Lobster yang menjadi hasil tangkapan dalam penelitian ini adalah Panulirus homarus, Panulirus penicillatus, dan Panulirus versicolor. Jumlah hasil tangkapan per funnelnya menunjukkan bahwa funnel diperbesar memiliki jumlah dan berat tangkapan tertinggi yaitu 40,16% dan 54,51%. Berdasarkan Uji Kruskall-Wallis dan Uji Duncan menunjukkan bahwa tipe perlakuan funnel bubu lipat diperbesar memiliki kualitas berat, panjang, dan kelayakan tangkap tangkapan lobster yang lebih baik daripada tipe perlakuan funnel bubu lipat kontrol dan elips. Modifikasi konstruksi funnel bubu lipat tipe diperbesar memiliki; panjang 64 cm, lebar 47 cm, tinggi 34 cm; dan spesifikasi funnel; lebar 32 cm, tinggi 5 cm, slope net 50 °.
