Pengaruh Pupuk Terhadap Sifat Kimia Tanah dan Populasi Mikrob Rizosfer Tanaman Kilemo (Litsea cubeba Pers)
Abstract
Fertilization have to change of soil environment that can influence microorganism rhizosphere activity and population of Kilemo plant (Litsea cubeba Pers). The experiment was aimed to study the effect of fertilization to the chemical properties of soil and microorganism rhizosphere population of Kilemo Plant (Litsea cubeba Pers). Enhancement of organic C positively correlated to microorganism population, while NPK treatment may decrease the rhizosphere microorganism population. The highest number of microorganism population be found on organics fertilizer treatment, namely 1.9 x 108 UPC/g ADW. Generally, fertilization makes decrease the value of pH, total N, P-available, K and BS. However, fertilization led increase the value of organic C, total P, Ca, Mg and CEC.
