Industrialisasi Pedesaan dan Struktur Nafkah Rumahtangga Pedesaan di Desa Lerep Kabupaten Semarang Jawa Tengah

Abstract

Rural industrialization has aim to create economic diversification in rural areas and also has function to improve life qulity level of rural peoples. One example of rural industrialization implementation is medium-small/household-scale industry center in Karangbolo. This research uses quantitative and qualitative methods. This research has some aims, for example are to analyze livelihood structure of the chips industry owner’s household, to analyze correlation between the level of rural industrialization implementation and the level of chip industry sector’s contribution to the livelihood structure of chips industry owner’s household, and to analyze correlation between the level of rural industrialization implementation and life qulity level of chips industry owner’s household. This research results show that livelihood structure of chips industry owner’s household is dominated by income level from farm sector, especially off farm sector: chips industry. Some of these research summaries show that (1) there is positive correlation between the level of rural industrialization implementation and the level of chip industry sector’s contribution to the livelihood structure of chips industry owner’s household, and (1) there is positive correlation between the level of rural industrialization implementation and life qulity level of chips industry owner’s household.
