dc.description.abstractAbout 2/3 of children have sedentary lifestyle, especially in developing countries that will affect fitness level. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relations of nutritional status, nutrient intake, and physical activity to fitness of school children. This study used a case study with a sample of 53 students. Fitness levels were measured through a multi stage run test (bleep test). Data processed by Microsoft Excel 2007 and analyzed using the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) 16.0 for Windows. There were no significant differences (p>0.05) between gender, age, and pocket money of sample with nutritional status and physical activity of sample. While there were a significant differences (p<0.05) between sex and age with sufficient levels of vitamin and mineral samples. The results showed that there were a significant correlations (p <0.05) between age and iron intake with the level of fitness. There were a significant differences (p<0.05) on gender, consumption of vegetables, protein intake, and physical activity of the samples fit and unfit. Based on linear regression analysis showed that age and iron intake have a significantly affecting (p>0.05) samples fitness level.en
