      Abstract
The objective of this research was to analyze association of parenting, parenting health and malaria incidence with nutritional status of children under five years in Distric of Manokwari of West Papua Province. The design of this research was cross sectional study with total sample of 100 children under five years. The results of the research showed that there is a association between feeding practice, sufficient level of energy, sufficient level of protein, the incidence of malaria and nutritional status. However, there was no association between parenting health and nutritional status. There was no association between feeding practice, sanitary environment with malaria, but there was a association between health care pattern with the incidence of malaria. Factors that significantly influence the incidence of malaria was environmental sanitation, health parenting and child hygiene practices, while the factors that significantly affect the nutritional status of children under five were energy consumption, knowledge of mothers about breastfeeding and maternal knowledge about malaria.
