Keefektifan Pelayanan Tanggungjawab Sosial Perusahaan sebagai Upaya Peningkatan Kualitas Sumberdaya Manusia (Kasus Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah Binaan Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Astra)
Abstract
Corporate social responsibility is an approach to change or community development especially in efforts to improve human resources,which is usually did by an enterprise as part of their social responsibilities. Corporate social responsibility help community to solve the problems of education in improving the human quality. Yayasan Dharma Bhakti Astra (YDBA) is one of the foundation that provide the services of corporate social responsibility to improve the quality of human resources. The purposes of this study were to analyze the assessment of YDBA’s services and the related factors, and to know the quality of human resources that receive the services and the relation between the services and the quality of human resources. YDBA considered effective in carrying out their social responsibilities because YDBA have improved the quality of human resources that received the services. This can be seen by the increase occuring in economic development and the independence level of corporate social responsibility’s recipients.
