Pengelolaan Pemetikan Teh (Camellia sinensis (L.) O. Kuntze) di Unit Perkebunan Tambi, PT Tambi, Wonosobo, Jawa Tengah

Abstract

The objectives were to improve the understanding, to analyze tea management aspect which is related to tea plucking, and to improve the technical skills of tea plantation. This field practice was conducted on February 2012 to May 2012 at Unit Perkebunan Tambi, PT Tambi which is located in Wonosobo, Central Java. The major purpose on tea management is to study of truly tea plucking management. Plucking tea management is influenced by growth of tea pecco, hight of pluck area, and thick of maintenance leaf. The growth of tea pecco and hight of pluck area have a certain relation with plucking capacity, and thick of maintenance leaf. A good supervision will improve skill of plucker and produce peccos which match with standard of tea management.
