Soybean ( Glycine max L. ) is one of the main commodity nuts in Indonesia because it is a source of vegetable protein important to diversify food. The objective of the research was to evaluate the yield of fifteen soybean lines gamma ray irradiation produced with two check varieties, namely Argomulyo as progeny and Tanggamus as drought acid tolerant varieties. The evaluation was aimed to gain information on the performance of agronomic characters of the advanced breeding lines of soybean and to select high yielding lines for released high yield variety soybean acid adaptability. The research conduted at folk’s field in Jasinga subdistrict, Bogor regency, in February 2012 – June 2012 as a part of preface trial. The design used was randomized complete block design (RCBD) with 3 replication. The research result showed that flowering time, harvesting time, number of productive node, number of total pod, number of seed/pod, and 100 seed weight were very significantly different among lines evaluated. Plant height, number of productive branch, number of filled pod, and number of total pod had positive correlated to seed/plant weight. Lines that showed of the good performance for the some characters to influenced the yield were M100-33-6-11, M100-96-53-6, dan M200-93-49-13.
