      Abstract
The productivity of buffalo in Indonesia was decreased continously. Buffalo productivity can be affected by worm infection. The productivity declined were body weight climbdown, growth delayed even mortality increased. This research was aimed to evaluated infestation of parasitic egg worm in swamp buffalo (Bubalus bubalis) faeces. This research used four of female buffaloes (K1-K4). Faeces sample taken for four week at five points were top, bottom, center, right and left of buffalo faeces. The methode which applied was simple flotation, McMaster, and gradient filtration. Two genus trematoda eggs was identified, Fasciola and Paramphistomum with low degree of infection. The mean size of eggs were 155.6 μm × 97.03 μm for genus Fasciola and 145.34 μm × 83.08 μm for Paramphistomum. The third buffalo (K3) had the highest infection by genus Fasciola, while the others by Paramphistomum. Egg production in four weeks seemed to be fluctuative. In five point which observed for egg production there were not significantly different
