Level of Total Protein, Albumin and Globulin at Dairy Cattle From One Until Twelve Months of Age

The aim of this reaserch is to analyze blood profil of total protein, albumin, and globulins. Fifteen Friesien Holstein calves were used in this study and the calves were divided into five groups of age. The blood was withdrawn from jugularis vein using 5 ml syringe and 18G needle. Blood were sentrifuse with speed 1500 rpm during 15 minutes to take the serum. Serum have been analyzed using spektofotometer to get the data. Quantitative data were counted using standart deviation and using deskriptive methode for looking a value from each sampel. The result of this study is physiologcal profiles of standart level of total protein, albumin, and globulin at dairy cattle from one until twelve months of age that use for reference.
