Potensi hasil galur dan varietas kedelai di lahan podsolid merah kuning (PMK) Bangka
Abstract
The purpose of this study was to determine the productivity and adaptability ten genotypes of soybean in yellow red podzolic type of soil in the campus of University of Bangka Belitung, Balunijuk Village, Merawang, Bangka. This experiment was conducted from December 2009 to April2010, by using a randomized block design with 3 repetitions and one treatment composed of 10 genotypes of soybean, so there were 30 experimental units. The genotypes tested in this experiment were composed of 6 lines (KH2, KH4, KH6, GSW3, GSW4 and GSWS) and 4 national varieties of soybean (Slamet, Anjasmoro, Wilis and Tanggamus) as standard. The results showed that there were a significant difference in the number of pod, the number of node, the number of productive node, seed size and plant productivity. The seed size of all soybean lines have a big seed and bigger than that of standard varieties. KH 4 line has the highest seed productivity and seed size. As GSW 3, GSW 4 dan GSW 5 has high adaptation and midle seed, this line is promising to be release as a new variety.
