Development Strategic of Recreation Area Perkampungan Budaya Betawi Kecamatan Jagakarsa Jakarta selatan

Abstract

DKI Jakarta is one of tourist destinations, ranked first in the tourism destinations in Indonesia. One of the most complete tourist attraction in jakarta that integrate cultural tourism, agro tourism and water is Perkampungan Budaya Betawi. Perkampungan Budaya Betawi (PBB) to face various problems, either internal or external in its development. Thus the need for research to identify internal and external factors Perkampungan Budaya Betawi to provide an alternative development strategy for Perkampungan Budaya Betawi. This study uses matrix analysis IFE and EFE matrix at the input stage to identify internal and external factors for the Perkampungan Budaya Betawi. In the matching stage using the SWOT matrix and the matrix in order to obtain various strategic alternatives. At the stage of decision making using QSP matrks to obtain the priority strategies of the strategic alternatives available.
