Efektivitas Majalah Internal “Warta Keluarga Djarum” sebagai Wahana Komunikasi Internal Perusahaan (Kasus Karyawan PT Djarum)
Abstract
Corporate communication in organizations devided to internal communication and external communication. Communicaton as the central part of organizations usually needs a channel to send the messages from higher level to subordinate or vice verca. Internal communication exactly needs an internal media as a channel to bridge between corporate and employees. This study is telling about effectiveness of “Warta Keluarga Djarum” as an internal media in PT Djarum. This study uses quantitative approach with survey method. Respondents in this study are employees in PT Djarum. They are assumpted as homogenity respondents because all of them are got and read “Warta Keluarga Djarum”. Eighty one respondents from four hundreds and twenty employees in Head Quarter Office, Regional Sales Officer Jakarta, and District Sales Officer Bogor PT Djarum evaluate that “Warta Keluarga Djarum” has been effective in performing. This study result shows that from twenty five effectiveness attributes, seventeen attributes have been effective. That means, the total result shows that “Warta Keluarga Djarum” has been effective in performing and also otomatically has been accomplished the goals from Corporate Communication Division PT Djarum.
