      Abstract
      The problem of street children is a phenomenon among social, economic and cultural scene in Indonesia. The trend of an increasing number of street children is a phenomenon that should be addressed in order that these street children are emerging social issues. Handling all this has been undertaken by the Government, Non Government Organization (NGO), or Individual. The one of problem solving done by empowering street children through a halfway house program. Currently, there is a new approach to empowerment of children Street housing programs, namely as a halfway house programme of corporate social responsibility (CSR). This research is using Qualitative Approachment, using interview data collection techniques (in-depth interview), observation a limited role, biographical information, and documentation/archival study. The results showed that the CSR program halfway house run by Bogasari implemented in the form of funding. However, the halfway house has been able to stop helplessness is characterized by participation, independence and sustainability of the halfway house program. Empowerment of street children who performed in the home half is basically directed to change the behavior of street children. Changes in behavior of each child vary and are identical. This can be influenced by family background of street children. Therefore, changes in the behavior of families studied based on different typologies of street children.
