Sanur is a famous beach with its white sand and a beautiful sunrise. Besides, a vast expanse of seagrass ecosystems which is provode a high diversity of marine life, covered all over the coast area of Sanur. Unfortunately, we find a less information and discussion of this seagrass ecosystem on the area. The purpose of this research is to analyze the existing conditions and the characteristics of chemical physics of Sanur Coast based on the condition of seagrass ecosystems and their associated biota and furthermore is to make a good management strategies to the seagrass in Sanur Coast. The datas are consists of primary and secondary. Primary data consists of water quality, Coastal profile, and the structure of seagrass vegetation. As for the secondary data are socio-economical data, climate, currents, tides and other supporting data in the study area. These data are obtained from Udayana University, National Bureau of Statistics of Bali Province, Bogor Agricultural University, and Fisheries and Maritime Affairs in Denpasar Bali.This research shows that there are 6 (six) species of seagrass existing in Sanur Coastal. They are Enhalus acoroides (15%), Cymodocea rotundata (24%), Cymodocea serrulata (23%), Halophila ovalis (7%), Halophila uninervis (14%), Syringodium isoetifolium (17%).
