The study aimed to determine the influence of Avian Influenza (AI) vaccination time in broiler performance. 1500 day old chick (DOC) were divided into five groups which consisted 300 DOC each group. Each group got the same treatment, a thing that distinguished a group to other groups was the AI vaccination’s time program. Each group was treated by AI vaccination on the 1st day, 7th day, 10th day and 14th day, meanwhile the other ones was used as control which was not treated by AI vaccination. The type of vaccine used was inactive vaccine which injected via subcutaneous. Broilers’ body weight, feed consumption and mortality were recorded weekly, collected data were used to calculate the feed conversion ratio (FCR) and index performance (IP) in each treated group. The results of this study showed that broilers’ body weight, mortality rate, FCR and IP in the group which treated by AI vaccination on the 14th days old age had given the better result compared to other groups.
