Pengembangan Parameter Situs Kependudukan dan Evaluasi 61 Situs Kependududukan pada 6 Provinsi di Indonesia
Abstract
Indonesia is the fourth country with biggest population in the world. As an archipelago, population is one of the biggest issues in Indonesia. Indonesia’s government is currently implementing e-Government. The implementation has extent of stages also back office and front office, we still don’t know how is the furthest that government done about e-Government in Indonesia. One of the stages is online service, where the citizens and the government doing the public transaction using internet. In this research, we access population statistical websites to look at the contents which provided by Badan Pusat Statistik. The research analytical address to evaluate the website in ten indicators with total 29 variables which generated using the subjective reflection from Canada’s statistical website. Ten indicators are includes the information of population quantity, growth, quality, also website’s general information like news, profile, contact address, visualization data, and periodic time. In additional, we also evaluate the concept of online service that have been applied using web measure index by Kriyar. Total websites used in this research is 61 websites at 6 provinces in Indonesia. As the result, only two from ten indicators which reach more than 50% percentages for the statistical content of the websites. These two indicators are website’s profile and contact address. The furthest level of e-Government reached by the website is the second level, which the government provides the information using website for netizens.
