Pengaruh Pupuk Hayati dan Pupuk P terhadap Ketersediaan Fosfor dan Pertumbuhan Krisan (Chrysanthemum sp) di Tanah Regosol Cimacan
Abstract
Phosphorus is a nutrient that is needed because it plays a role in plant seedling root growth, strengthening the growth of young plants to mature, accelerate flowering and ripening fruit, seed, or grain. But the availability of these elements in the soil is very low, and often comes in the form that is not available. Increased P-available needs to be done on soils that have a low fertility rate, One is ground Regosol Cimacan (PPT 1980). Various methods are used to increase the amount of nutrients in the regosol, such as the addition of biological fertilizer and inorganic fertilizer. The use biological fertilizers containing phosphate solvent microorganisms and the application of fertilizer P with a certain dose is needed to assist in increasing the phosphorus available to plants. One of the plants require phosphorus is Chrysanthemum (Chrysanthemum sp). The need of phosphorus for chrysanthemum is necessary for the flowering process. Chrysanthemum flower is known as a major cut flowers have high sales value. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of biological fertilizer application and manure P for phosphorus availability and growth of chrysanthemum. Research isolation of microorganisms for biological fertilizer performed at the Laboratory of Soil Biotechnology and biological fertilizer application conducted in a plastic house "Pondok Adi Nursery". The study used a randomized block design with six treatments and five replications. The treatment used was 0 ml biological fertilizer + 0% P, 0 ml biological fertilizer + 50% P, 0 ml + 100% P, 50 ml biological fertilizer + 0% P, 50 ml biological fertilizer + 50% P, and 50 ml biological fertilizer + 100% P. Each treatment performed on cropping land area of 1 m2. The parameters observed were P-available, vegetative and generative plant growth and harvest quality. The results showed biological fertilizer and P Fertilizer is not effectively increase available P and plant vegetative growth, but significantly increased the growth of generative plants. Treatment of biological fertilizer 50 ml + 50% P real increase amount of will flower on 11 MST while treatment of biological fertilizer 50 ml + 100% P significantly increased yields at harvest stage 3. Thus the biological fertilizer and P fertilizer is not effectively increase P-available soil and vegetative growth of plants.
