      Abstract
      The internships was conducted in Pinang Estate, PT. Aneka Intipersada, PT. Minamas Plantation within 3 months commencing on February 13, 2012 until May 13, 2012. Internship activities include all activities undertaken in the field consisted of technical aspects and managerial aspects, both in the field and in the office. Technical aspects were follow and implement the prosess of fertilization from the start of repackage fertilizer stage in storage until sowing fertilizer, the process of harvesting fresh fruit bunches (FFB) in the field until the sorting process at the mill, field maintenance processes like weeds control with herbicide applications and planting host plants for predator (beneficial plant). The author had the opportunity to follow the seeding process starts from the preparation area nurseries, sorting seeds to planting seeds into the baby bag. The author also perform managerial aspects such as helping krani division to entry the data all the work in Division IV PSE with applications on line using the System, Application and Products (SAP), assist staff in the preparation of auditor training Indonesia Sustainable Palm Oil (ISPO), follow and assist the organization of supervision before leaving for work in the morning meeting. Based on the observation, generally, implementation of fertilization has been going according to Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and has fulfilled the accuracy of fertilization.
