      Abstract
This study was conducted to observe the infection of intraerythrocytic parasit. There were a total 64 blood sample of four buffaloes from Tenjolaya, Bogor, West Java. Sample was collected twice a week. Thin blood smear on glass slide were made, fixed in methanol, stained with Giemsa 10%. The parasitemia (percent of infected RBCs) was determined by enumerating the number of infected RBCs in relation to the number of 500 uninfected RBCs. Microscopic examination revealed the occurance of Babesia, Theileria and Anaplasma in RBC. Parasitemia in those bufallo were 0.00625 ± 0.009 % for Babesia, 0.058 ± 0.032% for Theileria and 0.230 ± 0.045 % for Anaplasma. Those low infected buffaloes had potential to become carrier and source of Babesiosis, Theileriosis and Anaplasmosis for naive population around.
