      Abstract
Bacteria and AMF is a microorganisms that help increasing the plants growth. The purpose of this research is to test the effectiveness of bacteria isolates (Bacillus subtilis and Enterobacter hormaechei) and Arbuskula Mycorrhizal Fungi (AMF) in influencing plant growth on jabon (Anthocephalus cadamba Miq). This research is Complete Randomsized Design (CRD) with two factorial patterns which containts six combination treatment with five times replication. Showed that the interaction of the spores Gigaspora sp. interaction with both isolates of bacteria (Bacillus subtilis (M1B1) and Enterobacter hormaechei (M1B2)) have decreased the control of roots infection (M1B0), each of them is 20.25% and 36.21 %. In general the interactions spores of Gigaspora sp. with Enterobacter hormaechei (M1B2) has give a good response compared with the interaction spores of Gigaspora sp. with Bacillus subtilis (M1B1) with the parameter height, diameter, bud biomass and Seed Quality Index (SQI). The value increased (M1B2) of each is about 26.96%, 46.61%, 11.19%, 39.98% of the controls. The interaction of mychorrhizal and bacteria in general, significantly affect the jabon seedling growth. All of this has been proven by the increased of the control.
