      Abstract
      Problem of location information has became a general thing that happens in every place, especially in locations that are spacious and have lots of room. Problems posed related to the ease of new visitors in exploring the place for the first time. This problem can be solved by the application of information which represents a place and a more interactive visualization. RIA Rich Internet Application (RIA) is a suitable technology to create interactive applications in terms of information or visualization. RIA is divided into two categories based on the framework: a framework based on JavaScript / AJAX and framework based on plug-ins. This study presents the application of RIA IPB web based campus tour. This application uses framework based on plug-ins. Application interface is designed to resemble a map. The application displays a 3D map of IPB to the user and displays information of important places in IPB. In addition, this application can trace the path in the map to give the impression of exploration for user. The pathway is formed by the Bezier curve equation in the XY fields, XZ fields, ZY fields. The formed lines can be manipulated based on the X, Y, and Z coordinates
