There are many ways to support company performance to be sustained, one of them is to take care the employees performance productivity. Employees work productivity will always be stable when employees have high motivation in work. There are many considerations to become parameter in measuring employees motivation levels so we can understand the impact of the motivation to performance work company.This research aims to (a) Study the condition of employees motivation work at PT ExsaMap Asia; (b) Identify motivation factors that influencing performance work at PT ExsaMap Asia; (c) Analyse the level of influence motivation factor that have an effect of the performance work employees at PT ExsaMap Asia; and (d) Study the condition of employees work motivation base on difference level of job at PT ExsaMap Asia. The relationship between motivation factor and performance of the employee will be analysis by using Rank Spearman Correlation and Multiple Regression. The analysis of the studies based on the condition of employees work motivation on difference level of job at PT ExsaMap Asia using Chi-Squared analysis. Rank Spearman Correlation examines three variabels from extrinsic factors that have relationship with performance, they are work friends relations variable, work place condition variable and supervision variable. From intrinsic factors there are two variables that have relationship with performance there are responsibility variable and development variable. Multiple Regression examines eleven variables that have influence to performance work employees at PT ExsaMap Asia there are development variable show the level of influence equal to 0,205 unit, regulation and policy of company variable show the level of influence equal to 0,176 unit, work friends relations variable show the level of influence equal to 0,157 unit, relation work between employees to superior variable show the level of influence equal to 0,152 unit, responsibility variable show the level of influence equal to 0,142 unit, work status variable show the level of influence equal to 0,138 unit, work place condition variable show the level of influence equal to 0,133 unit, work conducted variable show the level of influence equal to 0,128 unit, achievement variable show the level of influence equal to 0,122 unit, supervision variable show the level of influence equal to 0,118 unit and compensation variable show the level of influence equal to 0,102 unit. Chi-Squared analysis examines that at high management level show very high motivation equal to 25% and very high performance equal to 25%. At medium management level show very high motivation equal to 17,9% and very high performance equal to 32,1%. At low management level show very high motivation equal to 10,6% and very high performance equal to 34%.
