Sandpit lake is an artificial water bodies with small size filled with water because it has penetrated the underground water channels. As a new water body it has the potential to be exploited but without proper management, the usability of this sandpit lake can be short due to eutrophication process. The aims of this research were to describe eutrophication level and to analysis the trophic status of two sandpit lake in Cikahuripan Village wich is Situ no 5 and Situ no 6. The methodology of this research is descriptive analysis with sampling in Mei and July 2010. TRIX calculation results show the trophic status of both sandpit lake has been eutrofik that indicates eutrophication processes take place very quickly. This is supported by the parameters of physics, chemistry and biology both sandpit lake that characterized by high nutrients and productivity as well as the lack of brightness. Although there were observed that sandpit lake is still relatively new waters, but based on trophic status indicates eutrophication process has been going very quickly as a result of anthropogenic activities
