Company "X" is one of the companies in Indonesia are engaged in communications services. The company is experiencing trends of increasing trend of stress and high intensity out on their employees, especially those that are on the call officer. If the job stress experienced by employees affect their job satisfaction, then it is expected to have an impact on their work productivity. Stress on employees as one result of the work needs to be conditioned in the right position for their performance also in the expected position. Issues raised from the background of the above is how the effects of role stress (role ambiguity, role conflict, role overload) on job satisfaction and its relationship to the trend of deviant work behavior as well as a desire to stop (intention to quit) employees. This research was conducted in July-August 2010. In this study the level of stress, job satisfaction, intensity of removal of employees, and employees' deviant behaviors serve as the unit of analysis. For that conducted direct observations, interviews with relevant parties and by filling the questionnaire. The purpose of this study is to assess how much influence each independent variable of role stress on job satisfaction of employees as a whole (mediator), analyzes the influence of variables of job satisfaction on employee deviant behavior, and recommends information related to findings in research for the company. Data used in this study are primary and secondary data. Processing and analysis of data using descriptive analysis and Partial Least Square (PLS). with software version SmartPLS 2.0.M3. Respondents were selected in this study totaled 210 with 42 point questions. The result is the relationship of role stress and job satisfaction is not significant and job satisfaction are not significantly related to deviant behavior and the desire of employees to leave the company.
