Pengaruh Infrastruktur Jalan Terhadap Peningkatan Kinerja Ukm Tas Di Kecamatan Ciampea, Kabupaten Bogor.

Abstract

Peranan Usaha Kecil dan Menengah (UKM) dalam mendukung pertumbuhan ekonomi wilayah sudah tidak terbantahkan lagi. Industri kecil dan menengah mampu mempercepat pemulihan ekonomi, baik dari sisi penyerapan tenaga kerja maupun kontribusinya dalam penciptaan nilai tambah bruto. Namun demikian dengan diberlakukannya ACFTA (ASEAN-China Free Trade Area) industri ini harus mampu besaing dengan industri luar sehingga perlu mendapatkan dukungan kebijakan dari pemerintah, khususnya pemerintah daerah.

The research objectives are to analyze handbag Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) performance and the effect of road infrastructure development on MSE performances in Bojong Rangkas Village, District of Ciampea, Bogor Regency. The research conducted from Pebruary to May 2010. Primary and secondary data use to the purposes. The sampling consisted of 30 SME respondents for observation period 2008 and 2009. Sampling technique is randomized sampling. The production function specified using Cobb-Douglass. The results show that input/output price ratio decrease after road development, lead to increasing profit for the SME. The regression results indicated that three variables (labor, capital and dummy year) has significant effect on SME production at significance level 15%. The result also indicate that road development increasing profit that received by handbag produsen. As reccomendation, there is a need another support to realize the location as center of handbag SME in the regency
