      Abstract
      Indonesian Higher Education Network (inherent) was the innovation of learning technology based on information and communication technology that developed by the General Directorate of Higher Education since 2006. The objectives of this research were to analyze the innovation adoption level of inherent in Bandar Lampung University (UBL), to analyze the correlation between lecture characteristics and the innovation adoption level of inherent in UBL, to analyze the correlation between inherent innovation characteristics and the innovation adoption level of inherent in UBL and to analysis the correlation between the university characteristics and inherent innovation characteristics and the innovation adoption level of inherent in UBL. Data was analyzed by descriptive and inferential statistic with rank Spearman test for inferential statistic. The result of this research showed the innovation adoption level of inherent in UBL was very low for online learning material utilization and low for video-conference utilization. The correlation between independent variables (lecture, innovation and university characteristics) and dependent variables (online learning material and video-conference utilization) were positive, but on innovation complexity for video-conference utilization was negative. Increasing the innovation adoption level of inherent on learning process in UBL could not be done by the general policy because the independent variable that had significant correlation with the innovation adoption level of inherent in UBL were different between online learning material utilization and video-conference utilization.
       
      Indonesian Higher Education etwork (Inherent) merupakan inovasi teknologi pembelajaran berbasis information and communication technology (ICT) yang dikembangkan oleh Direktorat Jenderal Pendidikan Tinggi sejak tahun 2006. Inovasi ini diharapkan mampu mentransformasi teknologi pembelajaran manual ke arah yang berbasis ICT. Aplikasi inherent yang menunjukkan bentuk transformasi proses pendidikan adalah aplikasi pembelajaran jarak jauh dengan memanfaatkan fasilitas video-conference, e-library, bahan ajar dan diseminasi hasil penelitian online.
