      Abstract
This research was conducted to determine the effect of Coscinium fenestratum root with water extract to the percentage of differential leucocyte mice that had been infected by Plasmodium berghei. This research used totally 25 male mice (Mus musculus), the mice then completely randomized devided into 5 groups and was design using three treatment groups. The five groups were 1) negative control group, 2) positive control group, 3) Doses 1 group extract (C.fenestratum root extract with doses of 0.625 mg/ 25grBB), 4) Doses 2 group extract (C. fenestratum root extract with doses of 1.25 mg/ 25grBB), and 5) Doses 3 group extract (C.fenestratum root extract with doses of 3.75 mg/ 25grBB). In male mice, highest percentage of neutrophil was doses 1 on 1st day after infection (58.40%), highest percentage of eosinophil was doses 1 on 7th day after infection (1.66%), highest percentage of monocyte was doses 1 on 7th day after infection (5.00%), highest percentage of lymphocyte was doses 3 on 3rd day after infection (57.46%), and highest percentage basophil was doses 3 on 7th day after infection (1%)
