Abstract
This research aims to analyze the influence of organizational climate on job satisfaction and employee’s commitment at the Indonesia Open University. The methode used was survey. The data were collected using questionnaires distributed to 269 employees at UT using stratified random sampling. Structural Equation Model (SEM) was used to test hypotheses using SmartPLS software. The result shows that organizational climate does not have a significant effect on job satisfaction. However, organizational climate has a significant effect on employee’s commitment.
