This paper aims to analyze economic components as the pulling and pushing factors on transboundary fishing activities. The economic factors covered existing income, expenditure rate, expected income, business opportunity at a higher price, and business opportunity of Lirang, Wetar and Kisar (LWK) fishers consequently used to go to Republic Demokratica Timor Leste (RDTL). There are three components of economic factors influencing transboundary commuters of LWK fishers to RTDL. They are (1) existing income, (2) business opportunity at a higher price, and (3) business opportunity of LWK fishers consequently used to go to RDTL. Model of the economic factor of TCIF is P (TCIF-Economic Factor)= f (FE-1, FE-41, FE-42).
