      Abstract
      The objective of this research was to determine the effect of paclobutrazol to orchid Dendrobium lasianthera planlet in acclimatization stage. The research was conducted in green house, Cikabayan Department Agronomi and Horticulture IPB Dramaga, Bogor from Oktober to December 2011. The research was arranged in Completely Randomized Design, with paclobutrazol as a treatment.There were five concentration of paclobutrazol; 0, 5, 10, 15, and 20 ppm. Each treatment was repeated five times and number each treatment has 25 unit experiment. Each unit treatment has 10 planlet to grow, so total planlet in experiment is 250 planlet. The result from this research showed that the effect of application paclobutrazol was not significant for percent to grow, lenght leaf, colour leaf, number of root, length root, diamtre of root, plant height, number of shoot, diameter cell palisade, and weight of fresh plant. The range chlorophyl (a+b) is 0.4296 until 0.8477 mg/g, and the range number of cell palisade is 229.35 until 346.58/ mm2, The density of stomata is 50.96 until 86.64/ mm2.
