Strengthening Institution Jasmine Farmers in Exploiti g Land Accretion (Case study at Bongkok Village, Kramat Subdistrict, Tegal Regency, Central Java Province).

Abstract

The Institution in community is forum to organize the same requirement and impo~e, to facilitate access to public sector and also private sector. This thing relate~ institution farmers Agung Mulia exploiting land accretion which during the timiits exploiting for agriculture cannot finishing the problem in group, good of prop~rty rights to land accretion and also in accessing managemen produce and manag@:len distribution, so in empowerment of jasmine farmers need to entangle from goverment. ~ Purpose of this study is ; To analize the institution capacitiy of farmers in expldIting land accretion. To Identifies the factors which influencing institution capaci~ of farmers in exploiting of land accretion. To compiles strategy, which can be 'jone in exploiting land accretion empowerment of farmers. This study applies gftualitative method with analysis SWOT and observation, participation, indepth!lnterview, documentation, bibliography study, FGD and expert meeting. T~ Result of study indication that: Institution capacity of good farmers motivact, knowledge, skill and participation still be low. Strengthen of existency of poteiLcy land accretion for jasmine agriculture, trust to leadership and motivat~n and participation in group. Skill weakness and knowledge in manageien group of farmers in accessing managemen product and existence of policy ~portunity of either supportiLg facilitate for production and also status land accretion by government, makes height of motivation and participation group of be low threat in exploiting of land accretion so can fulifiled welfare economics for institution farmers Agung Mulia. The Strategy proposed in compilation of stengthening program of institution capacitiy of jasmine fanners Agung Mulia that is making Id card members, group statutes, development of secretariat. Improvement program of jasmine productivity access supporting facilitate for produc and fund productive economics also certificaty program land accretion for jasmine agriculture Agung Mulia.
