Oil and Gas Floating Port Development in Muara Sabak has established sin~ December 2005, while it oil and gas pipeline development was about 37 km~m Muara Sabak to the coast of Simbur Naik was done in 2003. To measure the amount of compensations that ShO~d be given to the local community. ;:II" =ti This research was calculated: (1) Total Economic Value (TEV) of OJ ma~rove Rp.1,939,295,304,200.47 and Total Revenue of fish resources per 1/1 yeaSRp. 68,843,595,685; 2) Net Present Value of fishery Rp. 2,816,745,280,677 s:: wit~ Benefit Cost Ratio 105.71 and Net Present Value of Floating Port CII Rp. il, 188,645,068,356.80 with Benefit Cost Ratio 3.15;. These activities are ::s imp§ftance; it can be seen from the contribution of fishery sector for Regional Gro~s Domestic Product of Tanjabtim Regency. It was the second largest after co min&g sector. In the future, artisanal fishery with it limitation will have a challenge from oil and gas activity. In this case, the local government should paid more an attention to create conducive condition on human capital, social capital, natural capital, physical capital and financial capital. It should support by the private company that can give a proportional compensation to the local community deWopment.
