Abstract

The research aims to identified type, caused and conflict resolution. The study was conducted with a qualitative approach. Data collected include primary data through in depth interviews using interview guidelines on the key informants and with the snowballing technique. Secondary data obtained from literature studies, related agencies, as well as newspaper clippings. The results showed that the root problem caused relationships issues, structural problems and values differences. While the type of conflict is the internal allocation and management mechanism. Resolution of conflicts using negotiation and facilitation techniques, while the litigation only as a politician in the deterrent effect.
