Strategi pemilihan produk unggulan dan kelayakan finansial agroindustri wijen

Abstract

The important strategy in industrial development of sesame is in selecting the excellent product and in conducting the financial analysis. The aim of study was selecting the excellent product and conducting foasibi/ity analysis. This study selecting six products from sesame; industrial oil, seosening oil, food supplement oil, pare seed, ketchup and cabuk using exponential comparation method (MPE) and financial analysis using financial feasibility analysis comprises Net Present Value (NPV), Internal Rate of Reh1m (JRR), Pay Back Period (PBP) dan Net BIC ratio. The result of analysis showed that the priority of product were : seasoning oil, pare seed, ketchup, food supplement, industrial oil, and cabuk. Based on financial analysis, it was known that opportunity level (discount rate) was 20 %, NPV was ( Rp.292.796.108,90), net BIC was 1,27, IRR 22,04% and BPB was 1.03. Based on this financial analysis, the sesame-based agroindustry was feasible to develop.
