      Abstract
      Handling of the disaster area often involves volunteers in completing various tasks, such as searching for victims, evacuation to safer areas, and providing decent shelter for the victims. In this paper, volunteer assignment problem is modeled in the form of multicriteria integer linear programming. Minimizing shortage costs and minimizing undesirable assignment in terms of timing and type of tasks are used as objective functions. This optimization problem is solved by using two methods, i.e., ε-constraint and weighting methods. LINGO 8.0 computer software is used to carry out the computations. The results are the minimum total shortage costs and the minimum number of undesired time block assignments. Finally, the results give the volunteer scheduling at the disaster area.
       
      Penanganan daerah bencana seringkali melibatkan tenaga sukarelawan dalam menyelesaikan berbagai tugas seperti pencarian korban, evakuasi korban ke daerah yang lebih aman, dan menyediakan tempat pengungsian yang layak untuk para korban. Dalam karya ilmiah ini, masalah penugasan tenaga sukarelawan dimodelkan dalam bentuk pemrograman linear bilangan bulat multikriteria. Peminimuman biaya kekurangan dan peminimuman tugas yang tidak diinginkan dari segi waktu dan jenis tugas dijadikan sebagai fungsi-fungsi objektif. Masalah pengoptimuman ini diselesaikan dengan dua metode yaitu, metode kendala-ε dan metode pembobotan. Penyelesaian masalah ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan bantuan software LINGO 8.0, yang menghasilkan nilai optimal berupa total biaya kekurangan minimum dan jumlah minimum penugasan sukarelawan pada blok waktu dan tugas yang tidak diinginkannya. Hasil karya ilmiah ini memberikan sebuah penjadwalan sukarelawan selama berada di daerah bencana.
