      Abstract
      Anthurium is a plant that has many varieties, both hybrids and species. Anthurium is itself divided into two types, such as : Anthurium of flowers and Anthurium of leaves. Each type has a good diversity of flowers and leaves. With so many diversities possessed by this plant, it is difficult to identify directly. Instead, we must make some observations to identity the type of the plant. This research created an expert system to identify varieties of Anthurium based on leaf, spathe and spadix. In the input process, the explanation given by the system includes the parameters of morphological traits in plants and from the parameters that entered will get results in accordance with the process of reasoning. In the output process, the user can find varieties of Anthurium, then the user can access more deeply knowledge about the varieties of Anthurium so that it might be expected the final results obtained can produce near expert conclusion. In this system it is obtained 5 of the fuzzy parameters of Anthurium. The results of the 5 combination of parameters results in 9 fuzzy rules that characterize 10 of the varieties of Anthurium and 4 rules that do not characterize 10 of the varieties of Anthurium. After testing the system with the expert evaluation and adjustment, 44 of the test data are entered. The system is able to generate 36 test data according to the experts and 8 test data that is inconsistent with the experts. As a result, the accuracy obtained on the system for 44 Anthurium data is 81.81%. Hence, it can be concluded that the expert system to identify varieties of Anthurium based on leaf, spathe and spadix performs an experted
