Komunitas inter tidal bersubstrat pasir karang dan berbatu pada musim hujan dan musim kemarau
Abstract
Intertidal areas at coastal Southern part of West S, umbawa consist of three types of habitat, such as sandy beach at Madasanger, coral beach at Mangkun and stony beach at Puna. Intertidal communities generally live at habitats diveded into three zones, such as sea grass zone at high tide, sea grass and seaweed zone at mid tide, and seaweed and coral zone. Sea grass community is more stable than other communities like seaweed, coral and fauna. Fulctuations of community structure and population occurred naturally based on rain and dry season during six years. Environment condition was still good and it did not fluctuated extremly, except coral bleaching occured at Mangkun in 2002. The changes of community structure and population are caused generally by natural factors and biota collecting by local people.
